How to Use
  1. Let the person rest for 5 minutes before measurement.
  2. Wrap the cuff securely around the upper arm.
  3. Place a stethoscope over the brachial artery (not included).
  4. Inflate the cuff using the bulb until the artery is occluded.
  5. Slowly release the air while listening for Korotkoff sounds.
  6. Note the first sound as the systolic pressure and the last sound as the diastolic pressure.
  7. Fully deflate the cuff and record the reading.

Note: For use by trained healthcare professionals or individuals familiar with manual blood pressure measurement.
