How to Use
  1. Install Batteries: Open the rear battery door and insert the 2 included CR2032 batteries according to the correct polarity markings.
  2. Download & Pair the App: Scan the packaging QR code and install the Mobile App.
  3. Position on a Flat Surface: Place the scale on a hard, flat, and even floor—avoid carpets, foam mats, or uneven tiles, as these cause inaccurate readings.
  4. Step On with Dry, Bare Feet: Stand on the scale with bare, dry feet aligned directly over the metal electrode sheets; stepping on with shoes or socks will only record your body weight, not your full 24-parameter body composition.
  5. Stand Still in the Center: Maintain a steady posture in the middle of the glass platform without shaking until the sensors lock in your measurements.
  6. Calibrate After Moving: If using for the first time or after relocating the scale, step on once to let it auto-adjust, step off, and weigh yourself a second time for accurate data.
  7. Check Safety Warnings: Do not use this device if you have medical implants such as pacemakers, artificial limbs, or metal plates, and wipe the scale clean with a slightly damp cloth without using harsh chemical cleaners.
