Best fit for my arm

The arm cuff will fit upper arm of upto 17.5″ comfortably, unlike the more expensive Omron, which will require you to purchase a separate cuff if your arm measures more that 15″. That is expensive and not easily available. The instrument is accurate as callibrated against a mercury sphymanometer. Please note if you are using a tight cuff, your blood pressure reading will be higher by about 10-15 points.
