Return Policy
- Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns due to hygiene reasons. We only accept returns for damaged, defective, wrong, or expired products.
- Returns will not be accepted if the customer selects the wrong product by mistake.
- If the product you receive is damaged, defective, wrong, or expired, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp 9878785333 or by calling us at 18003093009.We recommend recording a short unboxing video as proof to support any return or replacement claims for damage, defect, or a wrong item received.
- Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process.
Cancellation Policy
- Before dispatch, we send a WhatsApp confirmation message to the customer. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at this stage.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Charges
Customers will be liable to pay forward and return shipping charges in the following cases:
1. Incomplete / Incorrect Information
- If an incomplete or incorrect address, phone number, or pincode is provided.
- If essential details required for delivery are missing.
2. Unavailability at the Time of Delivery
- If the customer is unavailable to receive the product.
- If the customer refuses to accept the order and it returns to us.
3. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

If the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped, they will be responsible for both forward and return shipping charges.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 7 business days incase of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
