How to Use

1. Rest for 5 minutes: Sit quietly before measuring. Avoid tea, coffee or exercise for 30 minutes prior.
2. Sit in the right position: Sit upright with your back supported. Keep feet flat on the floor - don't cross your legs.
3. Place the cuff correctly: Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, 2 cm above the elbow. It should feel snug but not tight.
4. Rest your arm: Place your arm on a flat surface at heart level. Relax your hand and keep still.
5. Press start: Press the Start/On button. Stay still and don't talk while the cuff inflates and deflates.
6. Read and record: Note the Sys, Dia and Pulse values shown on screen. Write them down with the date and time.

Care & Maintenance

✔ Keep It Dry: Avoid placing the device near water or exposing it to moisture.
✔ Store Correctly: Keep the monitor in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and extreme humidity.
✔ Handle with Care: Do not drop the monitor, step on it, or subject it to strong shocks or vibrations.
✔ Fold the Cuff Gently: Avoid tightly creasing, folding, or twisting the cuff and air tube during storage.
✔ Clean Safely: Wipe the monitor body and cuff gently with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Never use harsh chemicals, thinners, or alcohol.
✔ Manage Power Sources: Always remove the batteries if you plan to store the device for a long time without use, and never use batteries and the AC wall adapter simultaneously.
✔ Do Not Disassemble: Never attempt to open, repair, or service the product yourself.
