How to Use
  1. Assemble & Sit Up: Connect the flexible tube with the mouthpiece to the air intake nozzle at the base of the spirometer. Sit upright in a comfortable chair.
  2. Exhale Fully First: Hold the spirometer upright at eye level. Breathe out normally through your mouth to completely empty your lungs.
  3. Inhale Deeply (Lifting Balls): Place the mouthpiece firmly between your lips to create a tight seal. Inhale deeply and steadily through your mouth to lift the colorful balls. Try to keep them raised as long as possible.
  4. Hold & Rest: Remove the mouthpiece, hold your breath for 2 to 3 seconds, and then exhale slowly through your nose. Take a brief break before starting your next repetition.
