How to Use
  1. Prep Your Hand: Make sure your finger is completely clean and free of any dark nail polish or henna, as these block the sensor's light. If your hands are cold, rub them together to warm up and improve blood flow.
  2. Sit Still & Rest: Sit down comfortably and rest your hand flat on a table or your lap. Rest quietly for 1 to 2 minutes before taking the reading to stabilize your heart rate.
  3. Apply the Oximeter: Open the clip and insert your index or middle finger all the way inside. The screen should be facing upward toward you.
  4. Turn On & Wait: Press the power button. Keep your finger and hand perfectly still. Do not move or speak while the numbers on the screen bounce around.
  5. Read the Numbers: Wait 15 to 30 seconds until the display shows steady, unchanging numbers. Your oxygen level is labeled as %SpO2 and your pulse rate as PR bpm.
