How to Use

1. Set to Zero – Slide the pointer indicator all the way down to the bottom (60 L/min).
2. Deep Breath – Take a deep breath in and fill your lungs completely.
3. Tight Seal – Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your lips tightly around it. Keep your tongue away from the opening.
4. Blow Hard & Fast – Blow out into the device as hard and fast as you can in one quick blast.
5. Check Your Score – Look at the number where the pointer stopped.
6. Repeat & Record – Reset the pointer and repeat the test 2 more times. Record the highest number of your 3 attempts.

Care & Maintenance

✔ Wash the Mouthpiece: Since this part comes into direct contact with your mouth, clean it regularly. Detach the mouthpiece & wash it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
✔ Wipe the Body: Gently wipe the exterior of the meter with a damp cloth to remove any dust or fingerprints.
✔ Air Dry Thoroughly: Allow all parts to air dry completely before assembling them back together or storing the device. Never apply direct heat (like a hairdryer) to dry it.
✔ Avoid Submerging: Do not submerge the main scale body of the meter under running water, as moisture inside the internal spring mechanism can affect reading accuracy.
